Rental Terms and Conditions
Requirements
- Physically and mentally healthy.- At least 18 years old.
- Complete the rental agreement form truthfully.
- Have a valid Driver’s License (SIM).
- One Family Card (KK) can only rent 1 motorcycle.
- Provide at least 1 Family Card (KK) photo and 2 identity card photos for validation in the Motorcycle Rental Form. Examples: ID Card (KTP), SIM C, SIM A, BPJS Card, Passport, or Student ID (KTM). During the rental period, the rental will hold onto these 2 identity cards.
Conditions
- The rented vehicle must be returned on time. If there is a delay in returning the motorcycle, a penalty of Rp. 10,000 per hour will be charged, with a maximum delay of 5 hours. If the delay exceeds 5 hours, the rental fee will be charged for a full day.
- For weekends (Saturday & Sunday), the rental fee increases by 20% per motorcycle.
- RMJ service hours are from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB.
- Renters are required to pay parking fees incurred from the pickup and drop-off service of motorcycles from RMJ to the renter.
- Renters must use the vehicle responsibly and not push the vehicle beyond its capability.
