The rented vehicle must be returned on time. If there is a delay in returning the motorcycle, a penalty of Rp. 10,000 per hour will be charged, with a maximum delay of 5 hours. If the delay exceeds 5 hours, the rental fee will be charged for a full day.
For weekends (Saturday & Sunday), the rental fee increases by 20% per motorcycle.
RMJ service hours are from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM WIB.
Renters are required to pay parking fees incurred from the pickup and drop-off service of motorcycles from RMJ to the renter.
Renters must use the vehicle responsibly and not push the vehicle beyond its capability.
Renters must not park the vehicle recklessly.
Renters must not use the vehicle in flood-prone areas.
Renters must not use the vehicle for illegal activities or actions that violate the law.
If a third party or other parties claim damages to RMJ due to the renter's use of the motorcycle, the renter agrees to take responsibility.
Renters must not commit fraud or sell, pawn, or collude to receive or commit malicious acts with the rented vehicle that could harm Rental Motor Jogja.
Any damage or loss caused by the renter’s negligence will be the renter’s responsibility. RMJ will impose penalties or additional costs at the end of the rental period if damage or loss occurs.
If the rental vehicle is lost, the renter agrees to replace the motorcycle with a unit of the same or higher specification, in goods or cash, cover the cost of the rental period, and pay for the completeness and contents of the motorcycle (e.g., raincoat and helmet) and the search costs for the motorcycle.
If any motorcycle accessories rented are damaged, lost, or stolen, the renter must replace them with the same or pay in cash as follows: (Motorcycle key: Rp150,000, Smart Keyless System (Smart unit): Rp665,000, Raincoat: Rp100,000, Helmet: Rp150,000, STNK: Rp1,200,000).
If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, they must confirm with RMJ via WhatsApp at least 3 hours before the rental period ends.
If the fuel indicator at the start and end of the rental period is not the same or close to the initial position, an additional fee of Rp. 20,000 will be charged.
Rental Motor Jogja is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or death experienced by the renter, the rider, or passengers involved in an accident.
Renters are not allowed to transfer the rental vehicle to a third party without permission from Rental Motor Jogja.
Deposits and/or refunds cannot be returned once the motorcycle has been booked and payment has been made.
If renters violate the above terms and conditions, they agree to take responsibility.
If renters violate the above terms and conditions, their data may be published or viral, including their identity, for the purpose of recovering RMJ’s rights.
If renters violate the above terms and conditions, they will be legally processed through Birohukum.com.
